• Exceptional Insulation Performance: The vacuum pressure impregnation process ensures uniform epoxy resin penetration into winding gaps, achieving an insulation strength of 3000V/min power frequency withstand voltage (per IEC 61869-2), effectively resisting high-frequency harmonics and voltage surges in renewable energy systems.
• Extreme Environment Adaptability: The housing, made of temperature-resistant nylon (withstands up to 150°C) and rated IP65 protection, ensures long-term operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C and resistance to salt spray corrosion, making it suitable for harsh conditions such as offshore wind farms and desert photovoltaic installations.
