The filtering reactor for the variable frequency system has uniform air gaps in the core, excellent harmonic filtering and fast dynamic response, optimizing the operating efficiency of variable frequency equipment.

1.Uniform Air Gaps in the Core

With a unique core structure design and high uniformity of air gaps, when the operating frequency of variable frequency equipment changes constantly, it can ensure the stability of the inductance value of the reactor, make the filtering characteristics stable and provide stable filtering support for the variable frequency system, reducing equipment failures caused by the fluctuation of inductance.

 

2.Efficient Harmonic Filtering

It has outstanding filtering ability for the harmonics generated by variable frequency devices. It can effectively reduce the damage of harmonics to loads such as motors, reduce electromagnetic noise and vibration, improve the efficiency and service life of motors and enable the variable frequency system to operate efficiently in an environment with low harmonic interference.

D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
